Kuramoto Stand

On the way to 2k540 there were are nice little cafe I’ve discovered, hidden in a food department store. The cafe serve western cuisine, but not without a Japanese twist.

All the dishes in the menu has (酒粕) "Sake Kasu" sake lees in it. Sake lees are the lees left over from sake production. It can be used as a pickling agent.  It very adds some rice wine aroma into the dish.
