An interesting thing these two share is their former high school. Both Sakura and Peko attended Shiranui High before coming to Hope's Peak. They are both martial artists who are serious, calm, and collected. They have a strong sense of duty as well and will do whatever it takes to protect their loved ones. Both have a difficult time opening up to others. They are also misunderstood due to their appearance. Sakura is assumed to not like feminine things and Peko is assumed not to like cute things, just because they are strong fighters. In truth, they are complex people who aren't stuck to a set mold are are still learning about themselves. Overall, Sakura and Peko are very similar characters. They have two events in UTDP and one in DRS.
Sakura loves Fresh Bindings and Rose in Vitro, both things Peko likes. Both of them like the Hope's Peak Ring and Sakura likes the Antique Doll while Peko loves it. Sakura also likes the Kitten Hairclip and Bunny Earmuffs, and Peko likes cute animals.
