“Yes, I’m very happy to see you too, Sakura-chan,” though the statement is true, matched by the smile on his face which easily reaches his eyes, Sakura’s reaction to Watanuki’s appearance.. did catch him off guard a little. Only out of his own embarrassment, of course. It wasn’t surprising to see her dressed up, or changed for that matter.. but for the both of them to each be sporting animal ears of their own was quite humorous, in a way.
She was much, much more excited about it than he was, which warranted a chuckle from the shopkeeper after a moment.
“I’d be happy to give you some candy and send you on your way, but if you’d like, you’re more than welcome to stay for a while,” Watanuki moves a little to give Sakura space to come in if she so pleases, tilting his head down at her as one of his black ears twitched. “I do need to bake some more chocolates for my next set of visitors.. would you be interested in helping me?”
