Well, as we saw, Constantine was very particular on what he wants to do and how to do it. As far as this specific situation goes, it’s simple: he didn’t need Barbie for her telekinesis. 

Barbie was recruited specifically for her hoverboarding skills, just as Sal-Lee was. Their specific job on the mission was to each lead one of the twins through the orb field so that they could use their gravity powers to make a path. Barbie’s telekinesis is completely irrelevant to her part in the mission. That’s also why Sal-Lee has super speed but we don’t ever see her use it on the mission, because it’s not needed.
