excuse me if anything- i'm only 80% sober, and i don't know how to english; It's this combination of edgy shapes and weird dynamics that makes me go "yeeeah that's moogy!". Imagery that is disturbing in a such strange way that it's actually gets very exciting, you do it like nobody else can; as fore more realistic works - sufficient sence of form and light, just lacking some more experience, I see a lot of potential there. You can become a very good artist one day, i believe in you! keep going!
Haha it’s okay. I’m currently very tired and stumbling on my own words so I think we’re even. (and for someone who’s 20% drunk your english is just fine lol)Gosh tho thank you Sall! I really appreciate your in-depth ask. I may try to keep my art varied, but I’m always drawn to creating awkward and disturbing art, and that’s been true for me ever since I was a kid. Sure tho it can make people uncomfortable sometimes, but in the end I hope that - just as I get a laugh out of drawing creepy art - that other people can get a good laugh out of it too.I also welcome your honesty, because I do agree about my lack of experience with realism. As much as I hate to admit it, my current break from college has made it really easy for me to forget the things i’ve learned and slide back into my comfort zone, and it’s something I’ve had to fight myself about. I feel I’ve been able to push myself more since this summer, but there’s still more I can do, especially improving my proportions, gestures, and overall sense of composition, and I’d like to not give that up. Thank you too for your words of encouragement, and I won’t let you down ;>;7
