Take a tip from a GAD (general anxiety disorder) sufferer; if you are having a very anxious or stressful day, and you are clenching your jaw a lot, have a pack of chewing gum handy. Trusted endeavour. The chewing will relieve the same “fidget” as clenching your jaw does, and it can take your mind off if things enough to be able to enjoy something else. Sorry your teeth hurt– feel better, ok?
