Haha anonsally I thought of you because the bread has sally in it!
Also note if anyone wants to try making it, a thing that I did that I think made it even better was that I used the honey butter to grease the pan and spread it on top of the dough in the pan before rising it to prevent the plastic wrap from sticking but also to add deliciousness. There's plenty of time to make it while the dough rises the first time in the bowl.
Btw it's also a no-knead recipe and it was one of the first yeasted recipes I ever tried the first time I made it, and it's quite straightforward if anyone's intimidated by yeast! (Also the recipe will teach you how to brown butter which seriously changed my cooking life.)
