This salmon bake with cream cheese is a comforting and rich dish that's great for any event. A tasty and filling meal is made by baking soft salmon fillets in a rich and creamy sauce that has garlic, lemon, and Parmesan cheese mixed in.
Ingredients: 500g salmon fillets. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 cups cooked pasta optional, for serving.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. In a bowl, mix together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Serve hot, optionally over cooked pasta, and enjoy!
