Ingredients: 4 slices of whole grain bread. 150g smoked salmon. 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced. 2 tablespoons capers, drained. 1 tablespoon cream cheese. 1 tablespoon chopped chives. 1 lemon, sliced. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Toast the whole grain bread until it turns golden brown. Cover every piece of toast with cream cheese. Put a slice of smoked salmon on top of each toast. On top of the smoked salmon, put slices of hard-boiled eggs. Cut up some chives and sprinkle them on top of the eggs. To taste, add salt and black pepper. Add lemon slices as a garnish. Serve right away and enjoy!
