@shounenheartbreak​ I did my best here without going too much into spoilers itself. Basically, Salomon is a very...gray guy? Boring, without real hopes and dreams... I did this story for a “new beginning jam” that happened years ago but also bc I was going through the dreadful quarter-life crisis. This is the reason Salomon shares some traits with me(Birthday, age, cries at the end of the year and I made him very tall bc I like very tall people haha) 

The goal is to make his life a little bit more colorful by going through several life-changing experiences that Balkis provides(A girl who offers him a fate flower which allows him to reset his life as a woman, a dog, a teenage criminal, and a father)

Bunch of watercolor paintings!

More I dive into traditional more I realize how stuck my art is. I mean, for so long I didn’t aim to be better like many great artist out there because it caused me more grief than anything else. I just wanted to create and that’s it. Isn’t doing art about having fun? Did I make a mistake? I don’t know anymore, but I can continue exploring this side I left to die haha(Traditional media I mean!)

I..Don’t have anything to post for today but this.

This might be the last episode of art supplies I will post for a while XD Since these pencils are the last thing I bought out of commissions.Thank you for your patience meanwhile I worked on them!

I loved so much the packing and the color selection of Irojiten(By Tombow) since the first time I saw them. I never thought of getting them actually but since I was buying Copics I thought that maybe I should grab a set at least to see how they were and to combine them with the markers. Many people said good and bad things about them. I think they are nice! The lead is hard and the colors are really different from each other. The packing is cute as well. I find they don’t layer together that much so if you are looking for color pencils that do that job these will not be for you. I read they work better on smooth paper so I used the same paper I’m using for my Copics(We call it Opalina, idk the equivalent of that in other countries) for the swatches you are seeing up there.

A dumb thing from my sketchbook. Corvus and Gervase being all friendly and cute together and I manage to leak Vosges there too.

Salomon and Dave! I love LOVE how E33 and RV95 mix with each other as well as R11 serves for shadows for almost every peachy/red ish skin tone. I’m missing Dave’s hair color tho.

This last picture is a redraw of the very first comic I uploaded on the internet...I think? Mayybe it’s actually the second but for this comic in particular I made a webpage for it(In Geocities omg. I’m posting down there a tiny screencap of a gif I made for it at that time for some giggles) The story was super edgy tho(Everyone there except for the dude with black hair were assassins) But it was short so I could toss it with the other redraw I did last time of the girl and the two demons and make a tiny game of dumb weird heroines.
