California is getting rid of the Monitoring List in favor of a new four tier list. In the purple sectors, hair salons and malls can reopen.
The State of California is retiring the State Monitoring List. Santa Clara County is currently on the Monitoring List which means we would most likely be in the purple level with the most restrictions.
