This 2nd shutdown in CA is ignorant (at best) and has no basis in any factual evidence of salons posing heightened exposure to COVID for patrons or stylists. Stylists spend countless hours mastering levels of sanitation that are comparable to those used in most medical facilities, and have implemented many additional levels of precaution at great expense, and due to this 2nd shutdown, are now deeper in debt AND unable to earn a living.
