The hot pink convertible came up beside Devi, blasting Avril Lavigne’s “Hello Kitty” like it was the 2010’s. The girl at the wheel wasted no time, all smiles. Electing to yell over her speakers as soon as Devi was properly startled.

“OMIGOSH! If it isn’t Devi divaaaaa! Girl heeeeey!” Finally, she turned the knob to lower the volume of her stereo, but it was still pretty loud. Most people would think so, at least.

Alastor had watched Angel wash his make up off, and cleanse his face from where he sat on the bathroom counter. After a moment, he reached out, grabbed the other's face and pulled him in.
