Leaving the blog

Hello to my fellow peeps!

As you’ve read from the title, I’ve been thinking about leaving this blog because ever since late 2022, I haven’t really been satisfied with the way I write. Not only that, but this blog is really disorganised because I haven’t properly updated my masterlist in so long. I’m unhappy with the way I write, and I don’t really have the same fire that I had when this blog first started

Whether it’s stems from a writing block, life being so busy nowadays, or just the dissatisfaction of my writing altogether, this blog holds a special place in my heart for all the amazing mutuals I’ve met, talked with and interacted with!

Especially to @summercreolefanfictioner , @mariicake , @crookedherringcolorclod , and @lovely-oh-so-lovelyyui

Each of them are extraordinarily creative! Their vibrant personalities shine through in their binge-worthy posts and in our DMs. I’ve never felt so comfortable, safe, happy with a friend like them 💙

I don’t know if I’ll start a new DL blog or just let this one rest

I won’t delete this blog bc I don’t have to heart to, so thank you all for the amazing support, lovely comments, and for being such a wonderful community that I’ve found a home in :)

I have been in and out of the diabolik lovers fandom for a few years (6) now but… I’ve not consumed any of the actual content except things I’ve seen online because in a huge procrastinator but one thing I’ve wanted to understand is the relationship they have with the Mukami’s like I know it’s not the best but like what exactly is it

The Mukamis bond with themselves is actually a pretty interesting one because personally, if they met through different circumstances, I don’t actually think they’d get along with each other. I think the reason for why the Mukamis get along so well is because they all have an intimate connection through the trauma they all experienced in the orphanage; simply what I’m trying is say is I think their family dynamic is much better than the Sakamakis because they found an opportunity to heal with each other, rather than be forced to somewhat heal individually, as what Karl did with the Sakamakis.

For each of the Sakamakis, they were all separated until the coming of age ceremony that happened in the Young Blood manga. They didn’t have a connection with each other, much less a sibling friendship at the least.

What makes the Mukamis and the Sakamakis vastly different is that the Mukamis had an idea of what being ‘Human’ (being vulnerable, feeling your emotions as raw as they are painful, etc) and don’t shun themselves away from it as much as the Sakamakis do. Until Yui came, the Sakamakis didn’t have the slightest clue of what togetherness meant. It was always an unconscious competition between who was the strongest, who was the fastest, who was the most superior son of their mothers, etc etc. The Sakamakis don’t know what being ‘human’ is, because they don’t know what it looks like nor do they understand what it is.

To them, it is a weakness. To the Mukamis, it is the past they want to run away from.

I'm the only one who feel Reiji energe in Cho Sang Woo?

I haven’t watched Squid Games but from what I know about Reiji, he’ll probably pull some strings and try to show off. By show off, I mean he’ll try to leverage not only the game but also the people behind and participating in it

His pride is high so what he’d do is try to entertain himself by substituting his position with a family member from one of the smarter contestants, such as Cho Sang Woo. Whether it’s by manipulation or something else is up to your imagination. Why, you may ask? Because he can and for the bragging rights that he’s able to

I really love your headcanon about nicotine messin Subaru's palatte because it's canon he can't taste food the same way everyone else does, he'll just eat something extremelly bitter and fell nothing at all
