Cringetober Day 26- Guilty Pleasure Media

I’ve gotten way too invested in this dumb mobile game. Gossip Harbor is one of those games where you merge food and try to ignore the in-app-purchase buttons at every corner.

I’m mostly here for the story, but so many characters have annoyed me at one point or another. Except for Sam. Sam is the brightest spot in this game, and his romantic subplot with Mark is very well-written. Too bad Mark’s a cop. :/

A lot of fans of the game agree that Quinn is the worst character, and I completely understand why. She’s in the middle of this tedious love triangle with the man she divorced and a fisherman, and she keeps dragging it out with her flip-flopping between the two even though Harrison is CLEARLY THE CORRECT OPTION! Also, a lot of the mystery solving she does is done by other people. But overall, she doesn’t bother me that much and I still like her. She has a fun personality and she clearly cares for her friends, and I feel like there are other characters worse than her (like Vance. Fuck Vance).
