he's standing like his mother ( if he ever had one ) caught him with his hand in the cookie jar. leo reasons that sam never explicitly told him that dogs weren't allowed, so maybe he can use that as a scape goat.

and well, the dog wasn't in the kitchen. just in the storage room. leo looks at the dog, then back at sam.

"his name is porkchop."

leo nods, already brewing a pot of coffee behind him. this one is for the employees, so it's dirty and dingy and probably has mold in it somewhere. it builds character, leo had said to juliet once. she wasn't a fan of that.

"i could do both." at his feet, porkchop thumps his tail. "but i don't think you'd like one of them. no offence, sam. you look like a gentle wind could knock you over."
