Biography
“Gggggaaaaaaarrrrr. Arrrrhhhn.“ - Chewbacca
Sam was born in southern Texas where he lived until the age of eight. Very little information is ever offered about his life in Texas from Sam himself, only that his family left because of a bad situation. The family ended up in Ohio - Westerville to be specific and it was through his mother’s employment for a wealthy family that Sam met his best friend Blaine Anderson.
The to were inseparable as children and through the help of Blaine’s family, Sam gained acceptance into the elite private school he attention through to graduation. While Sam struggled with a learning disability, the school catered to his needs and through a specifically tailored program he was able to achieve some academic success.
Sam was eventually accepted to attend Dalton University on a Swim Team scholarship and during his time at the university has brought home 2 state titles in the solo 1000 meter freestyle category. While Sam is a very talented swimmer it is music that he chooses as a hobbies (and excels at) and he was easily roped into the show choir world by his best friend Blaine Anderson - the currently President of the Dalton Warblers.
Sam is currently studying under a Physical Education major, but is seriously considering changing his major (to graphic design/computer animation) as he heads into his junior year in September. Until then he plans to spend his summer rehearsing with the Warblers, swimming laps & lifeguarding on campus, and hanging out with his roommates and girlfriend, Rachel Berry.
