I know people are feeling conflicted about Jake because of his earlier videos pretending Misha was on set when he wasn’t which in hindsight seems really awful to do because he never came back
Honestly? Genuinely believe that Jake believed Misha was coming back and was just trying to good naturedly mess with us when we thought Misha wasn’t coming back.
But then those from up top scratched any Misha from being in the show and what you end up with is a very bad taste in your mouth because it seems like Jake was making fun of Misha not ever returning.
Same goes for that dirge Jensen posted: it makes absolutely no sense why he would make that and post that if Cas/Misha wasn’t ever coming back.
We of course don’t know them but the least you can say about Jensen is that he does understand how beloved Misha/Cas is so I doubt he’d ever make such a video making fun of and revealing something before it aired if it wasn’t supposed to be subverted until the powers that be intervened
In short: fuck the cw. I don’t think Jake Abel meant any harm with a joke he thought was funny-one that Jensen made as well-before TPTB intervened and messed it all up and turned it into a reality (also we know misha was in Vancouver (probably to film spn cuz that was the only production filming and the only reason you could enter Canada)
