Professor for my German history class just told me she is "glad to see someone openly supportive of socialism/anti-fascism".

I always wind up with pretty snazzy teachers. She spent the last ten years living in Berlin in a very left neighborhood. She says she is disappointed going from a incredibly visible left presence to basically none.
