My favorite thing to tell myself when I think things I'm making aren't good is that I'm just practicing. It helps so much. Like, I'm just posting fan fiction for fun, it doesn't have to be amazing, and if I push myself to finish it then the next one will be better. Giving yourself permission to be bad at something is so transformative.
