The tourtière I made for Samhain dinner. I wanted to try something new this year, something really savory, and wow, did this French Canadian meat pie deliver. The meat is flavored with cinnamon, sage, thyme, and nutmeg, among other classic holiday spices. Absolutely gorgeous.
