If you like secretary theme, I suggest The piano teacher (2001) and Possession (1981) while the second one is more horror leaning and both of these movies are much heavier than secretary. Funny story, I was introduced to the movie through a fanfic of one of my ships based on the movie and it was very intrigueing i decided to give it a watch and my life was changed. Personally it is not my first exposure to bdsm erotica but i adore the tone it set, as its very soft and dreamy more than the more heated tone in other bdsm eroticas.
Back to kuvirasami tho, I fully agree with this that kuvira and asami wouldve have a similar bdsm dynamic to lee and mr grey.
