Sunmi gives off strong Mr Darcy vibes - all those white shirt+ white scarf combos with dark coats...and then there is the monkey deity, who spends half the time dressed sleek only to be looking like a wannabe trashy rapper all the other times, wearing animal print UNDER a fur coat with a DIFFERENT animal print …AND THEY ARE IN LOVE

One subtle thing I love about A Korean Odyssey/Hwayugi is that, meanwhile every other character call Jin Seonmi by her title "Samjang", Son Ogong always makes sure to call her by her name. Because he is in love with her and not her power.

I watched Hwayugi: A Korean Odyssey recently and despite all the bad special effects and that very disappointing ending I enjoyed the show a lot and did a super quick sketch because I’m still not over this drama.
