Season 2: About Last Night
At the charity ball, Sam finds Cat before she can find him.
Season 2: About Last Night
Sam got onto a private elevator with a few other guests wearing pins and approaches one of the members, ANDREW MARTIN (Steve Valentine). Sam confronts him about the clinical trials they did on children and Andrew just smiles until he realizes Sam isn’t who he says he is. Before he can react, Sam injects him with the Beast-serum. Andrew turns out to be beast inclined so he transforms. Sam orders him to kill everyone at the meeting.
Season 2: About Last Night
Sam quickly finds his first target: JUDGE WESTBROOK (David Aaron Baker). Looks like the encrypted file he got from the CIA server was a list of names. The people on the list belong to a secret organization whose members are very powerful. Sam threatens the judge and demands to have his “pin”. He gets ready to kill the judge but stops when he sees a picture of the man with his son. So he knocks out the judge and searches his office apparently finding his nifty pin. I believe Sam loved his son very much and the fact that he didn’t kill the judge proves he’s not a totally sadistic human being, he’s just… victim of a psychotic break after his son dead.
Season 2: About Last Night
While Cat momentarily deludes herself that she can avoid talking to both Gabe and Vincent for a bit while she sorts things out in her head, Sam breaks out of jail. He uses the oldest trick in the book and gets himself sent to the infirmary. Once there, Sam injects another inmate whith the beast-serum, using a syringe that he got… how?, and runs away in the middle of the confusion…How does Sam get passed the other guards on site?
I think the mechanism by which he manages the breakout is contrived and wholly unrealistic. Additionally, the portrayal of the character by Tom Everett Scott, is overwrought, IMO.
Season 2: Catch Me If You Can
Cat finds Sam in his apartment across the street. She walks in, points a gun at him and tries to “arrest him” but she notices Sam is holding a bomb trigger.
CATHERINE: “What is that? What, this?”
SAM: “This is my get-out-of-jail-free card, Detective. Xavier's wired with enough C-4 to blow himself and anyone around him to pieces. So I would drop the gun if I were you.”
