Today we will talk with you again about the California system of parole and, directly, about the possibility of early release of members that are still dangerous to others, a sect called "Family", which was organized in 1967th by Charles Milles Manson!
As we already know on January 3, 2019, one of the members of the sect, Robert Kenneth Beausoleil, for the first time in almost 50 years of his imprisonment, received permission to leave prison on parole from the California parole Board...
Let me remind you once again that Robert is the murderer of the musician Gary Hinman!
He tortured him for some days,and then killed him...
Bobby was intimately acquainted with his victim, Gary may have even considered him as his friend to some extent, but at the critical moment, Bobby ignored his pleas for compassion and brutally stabbed to death an already bleeding man!

Following him, on January 30, Leslie Van Houten received a recommendation for release!

Leslie was violent from the start, she mocked her younger sister and, reveling in her impunity, killed Rosemary LaBianca on August 10, 1969, just hours after the mass massacre at 10050 Cielo Drive's house on the night of August 8, August 9, 1969 ...
So she personally asked Manson to send her to Tate's house with the others, but Manson eventually turned her down...
One of those people who put Manson's "family" in prison in 1971, attorney Stephen Kay,repeatedly pointed out to the Commission that Leslie, in his opinion, had no chance of rehabilitation and his findings were not groundless...
She initially posed a threat to society becaurse of certain traits her character,which are hinting that in the future she can be what she eventually became!
That dangerous woman shouldn't go free!

But this year, these two hearings are not the only ones...
Bruce McGregor Davis recently received the date of his parole hearing, and it's June 28th!
Bruce Davis was charged with the murder of Donald "Shorty" Shea, as well as aiding and abetting the murder of Gary Hinman...
He was also found at the scene of the death of John Philip Howth, nicknamed "Zero", sitting next to his body....
And he was also in London at the same time that the ex-husband of one of Bruce's "sisters" in the sect was found murdered in his hotel room...
On the wall of his room, right above his bloodied body, a message was left in his blood (the same messages were found by police at the scene of the murders of Hinman and Tate/LaBianca), the man was stabbed to death ...
The circumstances of Donald Shea's death are still unknown, but his dismembered body was found only in 77th, due to the fact that one of his killers, Steven Gorgan, aka "Clem Tufts", finally decided to show the police where his remains are stored in exchange for his freedom...
Bruce Davis himself never helped the police in the search for Donald Shea and never admitted his guilt in his actions!
Why am I writing this post now?
I believe that a man who is able with a clear conscience, to dismember their own kind, should be imprisoned for life, because normal people cannot be sure that he will not decide to repeat his actions, even despite his old age now!
In his case, there is an aggravating circumstance, as well as he bought a gun before bringing Manson to the house of Hinman, on false documents (what may indicate that this man was originally aware of everything that Manson wanted to do with Harry and coolly tried to hide his involvement in the murder), so we all again have to show that the world community is against such malicious killers! Otherwise, the very word "Justice" will lose its value and weight!
