Samotarev - Odyssey (Progrez)

Fresh from a release on our Progrez imprint, Alexey Samotarev turns out a wonderful trip through progressive grooves on Progrez with his track "Odyssey".

The track kicks off with a big chunky kick and dark sweeping pads which leads up to a very effective bassline. Brilliant FX on the percussions add a cool steady rhythm while the track continues to build with a huge sub bass at its peak. On the break gritty synths take over with a myriad of FX blending well with the melodies, then it's right back into this dark prog sound once again.

A huge soundscape that will gain lots of attention for sure.

Debuting on Bonzai Elemental we have the very talented Russian producer and remixer, Alexely Samotarev. Alexey has a very impressive list of remixes and releases on labels like Drops, Lowbit, Liberty Rhythm and Baroque just to name a few, he is also the owner of Green Snake Records. Here he teams up with the vocal talents of Grape Sound.

"Missing Of Dreaming" is a true laidback, downtempo slice of music. The heavy kicks are a perfect companion for the sweet rich vocal and synth chords. Takes an almost DnB feel to it with the fantastically deep bassline but without the fast past tempo. A real sit back and chill vibe!
