So here it is, the only photo i have of me and my degree show. Sadly it is now all over but I had a amazing time and has inspired me to keep with it :) looking forward to explore my work in different ways now :')

Starting this Friday!
These are some images of hand embellishment on a piece i have been doing for the exhibition. It is on gold Dupion Silk, embellished with bronze threads and 3mm sequins and 2mm metal beads. it is intricate work you need a lot of patience to do it but it is so satisfying and the effect is amazing afterwards.
Today the exhibition started going up and I spent a lot of the day rearranging things with my 2nd year helper (who is an absolute star) and finishing off files.
Its all scary, but there's a light at the end of the tunnel now and I'm excited about seeing everyones work up, finishing up and finally leaving student life behind after clinging on to it for a long time and loving it, but now I'm ready for something new.
