Flippedup Saturday Season 2 This track is my entry for the Flippedup Saturday Season 2 challenge. The idea is simple but powerful: take a sample, flip it, and transform it into your own head nod hip hop creation.

I pulled from Dexter Wansel’s 1976 classic Theme from the Planets, chopped and reimagined it into a raw hip hop joint. It carries that 70s detective TV series flavor, cinematic and soulful, but reworked into modern boom bap grit. Heavy drums, dusty textures, and a groove that feels both vintage and futuristic make this flip a true soundtrack for the streets.
