The Devil Went Down to Georgia || Tuesday & Sam

Tuesday wasn't a particular fan of Georgia, but she'd been wandering Good Ol' Dixie when she found a potential case in Macon. The deaths of two up-and-coming country stars were spaced just enough apart that she had to dig a bit to find that Crystal Ashley had been killed in the exact manner as Michelle Hickey, albeit two weeks prior.

The case hadn't left the city, so it was nowhere near FBI jurisdiction, so instead of "suiting up," the hunter decided to pose as a journalist covering Miss Hickey's case. She was appropriately dressed and adorned when she rolled up to the woman's house in her newly "acquired" '02 Aurora; the car hadn't exactly been her style, but it had been easy enough to snatch.

The scene should have been clearer than it was, but when Tuesday climbed out of the driver's seat and stood in Hickey's driveway in all her enormity, she noticed a proportionally large man waiting outside the front door.

Sauntering up to where he stood, Tuesday flashed her most normal smile and asked in a perfectly pronounced voice, "Can I help you, sir?"

She couldn't help staring at the man in the suit. He sat at a table in the corner of the diner, hair almost as long as hers, focused on his laptop. Willow had seen him plow through three cups of coffee, but still he yawned. She remembered pulling all nighters at the Magic Box; by morning they all had that same look. Willow wondered what had that man losing sleep. After the waitress poured his fifth cup, she stood and walked over to his table. He didn't even look up when she approached. Willow cocked a half smile and asked "Have you ever thought of espresso?"
