Okay so I've seen Uryu and Renji and I THINK Byakuya?, which means that we're encompassing the entirety of the Agent of the Shinigami arc, if I had to hazard a guess. This makes me uneasy if only because, while I am STOKED for this adaption, probably a LOT of details are likely going to be skipped(Ichigo's bout with Grand Fisher, Chad and the Parakeet, the one and only Don Kinonji, Urahara maybe?), I suspect. How do you feel about this?

Oh, Ichigo will fight Grand Fisher, it’s in the trailer so you don’t have to worry about that. And I feel... ok? It’s a movie after all, obviously they can’t include everything, and as long as they compensate with original adorable scenes (heh) it’s fine. I’m a simple woman.

I think.... this would be like Crota vs Atheon, but in miniature. And by that I mean they wouldn’t even fight -- they’d just talk at each other for a few hours about Sword Logic and the shape of things and about the Vex and about the Darkness and how they are more of an expert in things than the other and then they’d probably each leave thinking they’d won the verbal battle.
