Haha thanks for the sympathy :) It was just an extremely upsetting experience, especially since I OWE money and they should be grateful to get it... I guess when you can't get fired you're free to treat your "customers" like crap. It's just mystifying to me since there's millions of college students who must have the same problem and the IRS is like sorry, we're not giving you anything so deal with it. Le sigh. Thanks for listening to me rant xD
