1976 Vintage Claudie et Claude Collectors Doll

I believe this doll is made by the company Sankyo. From my research it's a porcelain doll with a wind up music box inside of her. I don't own one of these dolls but they're so stinking cute!!! I found all the photos on Google Images.

EDIT: I couldn't find much about a toy company called Sankyo. all that Google brings up is another company by the same name except it makes Pachinko machines. Maybe it's the same company???

Regain (Sankyo Pharmaceutical) symbolizes a healthy Japan. "Can you fight for 24 hours?" It is ironic that Ryuichi Sakamoto expresses a portrait of Japan, which has lost its vitality for more than 10 years after the collapse of the backbone of the bubble economy, in the Regain commercial. He was sensitive to the atmosphere of his time.

元気だった日本を象徴していたリゲイン（三共製薬）。「２４時間戦えますか？」とサラリーマンを鼓舞していたが、そのバックボーンのバブル景気が崩壊し、１０数年たち、元気をなくした日本の肖像を、またリゲインのCMで坂本龍一が表現するという皮肉。彼は時代の空気を敏感に感じ取っていたのだな。
