Dave & Stacy Gollnick, the owners/operators of Mindego Ridge Vineyards. After careers in medical equipment they returned to Dave's roots, farming.
Field trip to Mindego Ridge Vineyard, Santa Cruz Mountains, CA. Their very first vintage is out: Chardonnay & Pinot Noir, only 610 case production. Family owned & operated, all estate fruit, unadulterated, handpicked, and incredible. The winemaker is the well-known Ehren Jordan of Failla, & formally of Turley. Beautiful wines, great people, and two friendly dogs named after characters in The Big Lebowski.
