WASTE MANAGEMENT DURING THE PANDEMIC.......SEPARATE YOUR WASTE ! ZimboGreen went with our Zero Waste expert Takunda Makumbinde and our ZimboGreen Ambassador 'Discord' to do a follow up visit at Mr Mujani's Complex at Willowvale Flats in Highfields Harare. Takunda was there to assess the type and volume of waste being generated by the residents . Takunda also offered Mr Mujani additional information on the different materials that can be recycled in Zimbabwe and the need to warn people against contamination . The residents are encouraged by the fact that their Complex is not surrounded by dumpsites . Thanks to Mr Machiri of Santiza Buzara for organising with Delta to remove a full lorry load of recyclables from the Complex . Mr Machiri will have to go back again to collect from our ever energetic Mr Chiremba's Complex .
