More sapiogorgon stuff! Something about their lifecycle and way of life

Sapiogorgons live in troupes of up to a hundred members, most of whom are close with eachother. Gorgons rarely mate for life, and those who aren't directly related to eachother often have very loose, muddled lines between platonic and romantic relationships. Everyone takes care of everyone else to maximize survival

Due to being cold-blooded, the hairless sapiogorgon hatchlings are incredibly vulnerable to the cold, and will latch on to any source of warmth. Biological parentage is kept track of, but gorgons don't have the same concept of a core-family as humans do because every capable individual takes part in raising the young, thus a gorgon might consider any older individual a parental figure. Adoption is common and co-parenting is the norm
