Sapthêth blinked at the elf woman before clambering to her feet, wobbling on Aredhel’s thigh. Chubby fingers curled around raven locks as she stared, wide-eyed, at the dark strands of hair.

Saorise simply stared, thumb in her mouth, blinking curiously at the elf.

Aredhel’s hands reached up and hovered in concern at the child’s standing on her leg, worried that she may fall at any moment. Still, she smiled, her eyes going to the hair which was held between the little fingers. “Do you like my hair?” she whispered conspiratorially.

Looking down at Saorise, she reached a hand down. “do you want up too?”
