In an online business you find a lot of people feel like they can’t take a day off. That if they stopped for a while and did nothing that the business would fall apart completely and they’d lose it. 🙈 I used to do this too. I struggle with time off and would be constantly needing to post, check messages, check my notifications and do something work related. It took over my life when I wasn’t needed to do something else. I’ve realised that people are still around, business won’t die a sudden death because I need to take a week off to gather myself again. 💯 Don’t feel the need to be constantly working and just have fun and take care of yourself and those around you first. On Guard! 🙅‍♀️ This amazing blend has so many wonder properties and I use it daily in different ways. Today I felt like I was getting a cold. 🙈.
