re: recipes.....are you into mushrooms? i have a great mushroom dish i make , kind of like a... warm mushroom bruschetta? idk how to call it but basically various mushrooms (oyster and shiitake and cremini and button are my faves!) and sundried tomato sauteed with garlic and miso and onion and spinach served on toasted sourdough ?? i make it with parmesan on top but you can use vegan parmesan or none at all!
✍️ ok as a mushroom enjoyer i am taking notes. i almost never buy mushrooms anymore because trader joe's is severely lacking in that department but this is tempting me to make a special trip somewhere. thank you for sharing <3
