REFASHIONED de Sass Brown. Un libro dedicado a todos los diseñadores que han dado una nueva vida de una forma única a artículos considerados desechos, tiene una selección de creativos muy interesante y todos con una filosofía muy particular

ECOFASHION de Sass Brown. Una publicación enfocada en los diseñadores que desarrollan sus proyectos dentro del marco de la sostenibilidad . 

Posiblemente existan mas publicaciones pero estas me parecen muy completas y con una gran variedad de diseñadores y proyectos sostenibles además tienen muy buenas fotografías.

With her latest book "ReFashioned: Cutting-Edge Clothing From Upcycled Materials," author and fashion expert Sass Brown has demonstrated two basic things.

First: Sustainability is not a mere communication phenomenon, but a solid reality that is shaping creativity and manufacturing. Sustainability applied to fashion is no longer avant-garde; it's a mature mass phenomenon, appreciated and shared by a large portion of the style enthusiasts.

Second: Upcycled and recycled garments are becoming a necessity today, not only for their ethical correctness, but because it's something recognizable for people to select and recover. This isn't just nostalgia, but a drive towards the future: The post-modernist idea of the "endless new" is no more and Brown's book shows the future of sustainable fashion—ethical and experimental, without losing its focus on aesthetics. She spoke with CH about the ever-evolving world of fashion, and upcycling's role within it.

Re;code is a Korean brand specializing in upcycled fashion. Launched in March of 2012, they started from a place of consideration for the environment, and the realization that dead stock fabric and garments from major brands, including that of their own umbrella corporation, was being incinerated to protect brand integrity.

Known for her romantic, feminine and bohemian bridal dresses, Leila Hafzi designs are the ultimate fairly tale dress, replete with wispy sheer fabrications, long trains, and strewn with hand made flowers. French designer Marc le Bihan’s work is rooted in conceptual design to produce beautiful, timeless fashion, not transitory trends.
