YES oh my god i rewatched dead man’s party on tuesday.....literally everyone is such a selfish dick when it comes to buffy’s problems and mental health and are always concerned about how it affects them like get tf over yourselves!!! and yea characters like cordy n tara n even faith are all better to buffy than her supposed best friends :/

that’s really shitty that she kept such an important detail from you. idk how much she knows about your conditions and circumstances, but your health and mental health is the most important thing. the dog can last a night or so without being cuddled

i dont know anything about dogs really but you sound perfectly reasonable to me she should have told you beforehand and she shouldnt expect you to take care of a dog thats so badly behaved.
I was actually thinking to myself that if she hired a sitter off craigstlist or care, there is no way she would get away with asking them to sleep in the bed with her dog and cuddle him. Not without laying down some serious coin. She’s watched my dog countless times and never once has she had to sleep over to do it. If your dog can’t go a night alone, maybe they should be boarded. IDK.

That whole episode where Cordy is just following Gunn around trying to save his life is my favourite thing(it’s been a while since my last rewatch, can’t remember the title). I wish there had been more development in their friendship in later seasons
It seemed like the writers were going to put them together and then just forgot about it? It definitely felt that way from that episode. And as much as I like the addition of another woman to the group, Fred did really disrupt the dynamic and the friendship between Cordy and Wes and Gunn. To the point where some of Wes' S3 decisions seem really OOC.
