@sassyeggs74 calls me when she knows I’m upset or going through a hard time, and girl will hide out in her cold-as-fuck garage when it’s super late, just so she can touch base and make sure I’m okay. She’s kind and generous and utterly devoted to those whom she loves. She sent us all area-specific magnets from her summer vacation. Her daughters are incredible. She looks exactly the same as her beautiful high school self. She’s sharp as a tack and fucking hilarious and I know that she will roll her eyes and tell me I’m crazy for saying that, but there you go, boo, IT’S ALL TRUE DAMMIT.

@paperflowercrowns dude, she’s my bb. She is beyond supportive of all my writing endeavors and will honestly drop everything to help me hash out an idea. She has sent me an amazing t-shirt bag and sent my daughter the original Fancy Nancy book, which my daughter then did her very first book report on. She visited me and we had so much fun together, and she’s witty and sarcastic and funny as hell, but would probs give me the shirt off her back if I said I was cold. AND she says she would bathe in the blood of my enemies. She’s adorable with amazing mermaid-green hair. This betch is going to be in my will, man.

@sarahcakes613 oh my god, this woman. I was having a rough summer so she sent me a care package with her favorite book, a candle and some chapstick, handmade jewelry for my daughter, and a gorgeous card. Then I was having a really really REALLY shitty October, so she sent me flowers. From another country. She texts me when I’m blue, she’s incredibly supportive and complimentary. She’s deliciously clever, extremely insightful and thoughtful. I am trying to get my shit together and renew my passport so I can go visit her, because she’s magnetic and luminescent and this betch has the most enviable goddamn complexion ever.

@vanillacoconuts is an absolutely wonderful woman. Her automatic throw-down sort of I SUPPORT YOU WHO HURT YOU LET’S FUCKIN’ KILL THEM attitude towards friendship and loyalty is so amazing. She lives across the world from us, basically, so sometimes there will be 700 unread comments between the other four of us, but she will read through them ALL just to stay current and know what’s going on with us. And then after the two hours (haha) it takes to read through them, she’ll bounce in and give us all shout outs of support to let us know she’s on board with us. And this hot-as-hell HBIC can poach the FUCK out of some eggs, and she has the loveliest voice, and once she told me that if she ever met me she would give me the biggest hug, and I am fucking BANKING ON THAT, BOO. 

Some folks don’t understand the bond you can develop with “internet friends.” Um, sit down and shut up, motherfuckers who think that. These aren’t internet friends. These women are my sisters. MY SISTERS. And they’re better than 99% of the people I’ve come across in my life, my biological sister included.
