Mini slider buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced cucumber. Sliced red onion. Fresh cilantro leaves. Peanut sauce for dipping.
Instructions: Put ground chicken, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Combine well. Make small patties about the size of sliders out of the mixture. Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, coconut milk, brown sugar, and lime juice in a different bowl using a whisk until the mixture is smooth. This is the sauce for your satay. Warm up your grill or grill pan on the stove over medium-high heat. They should be cooked all the way through after being grilled for three to four minutes on each side. For one minute, or until they get a little crispy, toast the mini slider buns on the grill. Put a little satay sauce on the bottom half of every slider bun. After the chicken is cooked, put it on top of the sauce. Add fresh cilantro leaves, cucumber slices, red onion slices, and lettuce leaves on top. If you want, you can add more satay sauce on top. Put the top half of the bun on top of the things that have been put together. You can dip your Satay Sliders in extra peanut sauce that you serve with them. Have fun!
