Tender and flavorful ribs cooked low and slow in a sweet and savory brown sugar sauce.
Ingredients: 2 lbs pork ribs. 1 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1 tsp garlic powder.
Instructions: Use a slow cooker to cook the ribs. Put garlic powder, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar in a bowl and mix them together. Make sure the ribs are evenly covered as you pour the mixture over them. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the ribs are soft. If you want a caramelized finish, put the ribs on a baking sheet, brush them with more sauce, and broil them for three to five minutes.
