Ingredients: 2 lbs round steak, cut into serving-size pieces. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 onion, sliced. 1 cup beef broth. 1/4 cup water. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Coat each piece of round steak in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
