"Momoi-chan!" Takao waves her over with a grin, patting the bench so she'll sit beside him. Sometimes he wishes Momoi had become the team manager at Shuutoku instead of Touou, just because he'd love to go to school with her. She's so friendly and fun to talk to! Hanging out with just men sucks sometimes. As someone who has a sister, Takao believes deeply in the merits of being friends with women too (even if one of his female friends is Riko, who frequently torments him).
"I want to hear all the updates you've got!" As someone who went to middle school with the Generation of Miracles, Momoi always has the juiciest gossip about them. "Oh, and if you wanted coffee or bubble tea or a crepe or something fun, I want to treat you!" As long as he doesn't have to bike her around. Walking is fine too. "It's been a while since we caught up, after all!"
