Witches at War

Unfortunately a terrible family feud had spilled into Glimmerbrook in the Dizzy Isy Save File and perhaps only a mysterious prophecy can resolve it.

Here is your first glimpse at the Aurawands and the Shadowsouls.

“A prophecy from a scroll spoke of the one who had the potential to bind the light and shape the destiny of Glimmerbrook. Atherton believes that to be him as he takes on the most powerful warlock in the land,..his evil brother. However many in the Circle of the Willow believe that perhaps Artemise "The Snowdrop" is of who it speaks. Then there is Antha who heard the words come to her as an augury, but feels it is her to fulfil the promise.”

“The power of shadow magic casts a strange pall over Sepitus' physical presence. The spark of life that sustains him is muffled, as if it struggles to remain viable against the dark energy that imbues his soul. He believes there needs to be a villian in every story, and he will gladly play that part. He hates his brother Atherton and that prophecy. Sabre, his son is starting to go down his path of dark...but he also loves fame, women and all of life's treasures.”

Here are the finished buildings and layouts for these completed worlds

Next steps are finishing San Myshuno and starting on Sulani. Big jobs!

Sims and clubs are starting to shape up too but I am focusiing on building the lands first. I only have 32 clubs so far which for me is super restrained haha. New favourites: “Itty Bitty Kitty Committee”, “The Performing Pixies” and “Modern Day Dolittles”

Introducing “Dizzy Isy” A Save File Project.

I couldn’t bare the thought of having to go back two versions of my current save to fix it, so I have decided to start afresh and have fun with a new one that will be made up of entirely my own creations. You may even recognise a few of them from the old save file.

Here is what I have created for Willow Creek so far:

Willow Creek’s streets and areas so far have been inspired by a young sim’s “Path of life.”

There are 4 residential areas: Peekaboo Place, Sandcastle Shore, Rocking Horse Road and Party Dress Parade.

The commercial lots are mainly located along Independence Peak and Happiness Heights. There is also mention of Young Lady Lane, Heartbreak Drive and Exams Pass.

Floral designer Millie Mellowmallow was the first to be placed in the world and has found the perfect little house for her petal placing passion. She can even do her morning yoga under the cherry blossoms.

Briony Periwinkle is one of my all time favourite sims and after someone once mentioned how sad it was that she was a widow, I decided to include her husband Terrence before he died. They are very much part of the Willow Creek fabric and of course I will include Ms Periwinkle’s Tearoom famous for the honey cakes and crème brûlée à la vanille.

I plan on creating all the lots and sims entirely by myself so this will take a long time. I will also be revamping some Maxis created lots. For example, the Science Lab and Police Station lots as evidenced below

I of course want to include lots of little special extras like I did in my previous save files (photos, in-jokes and LOTS of clubs)  as I believe this is what made my last save files stand out from the others and these details really represent my play style.

So…I want you to be able to go into Leonardo Lotushill’s bookstore “As The Plot Thickens” and find The entire Little Nessie Adventures series by aspiring writer Nelly Nutfleck in his children’s department. They are neighbours and good friends after all, so he wants to help her out.

Or…I want you to see that Firenze’s wife Flora Dujardin has created a beautiful flower arrangement at his hippy “Crystal Sage Herbarium” to remind him of her when at work.

I’m sure those of you who played my last save files get it lol.

Anyway, just wanted to update you on what I’m working on.

A Sneak Peek At My“Dizzy Isy” Save File Progress.

Here is how Oasis Springs and Newcrest are shaping up.

Oasis Springs is now complete. Street names are named after summer cocktails and there are many new residents.

Newcrest has a few more lots and families to be placed. The street names are named after baked goods.

I am not really a builder, so this is a slow process. I am also making sure each played household featured in the “my households” and who have lots have each 40 outfits.

ohhhh I’m gonna write the murder mystery furry slasher book this year WRONG!!!!!! it still needs at least 6 flat months of planning. so I’m gonna write the timeloop vis novel script instead
