To be honest, I did not think I was gonna enjoy this show and oh boy was I wrong 😅

I had my judgements at the back of my head for the first episode as I didn’t know anything and quickly found out the strong religious background, prominence of suburban white families from the south, all these things I could not relate BUT as it went on I connected on a deeper level and got attached very quickly to the characters and storylines, that shows how incredible this show is

The action, subtle one liners that create the most hilarious scenes, gayness (duh) and dynamic between all the characters was just sooo good

it somehow gave me some comfort, warmth and most certainly nostalgia because yes.. I’m no teenager anymore

And may I add, there is something special about April Stevens which obviously is due to Devon Hales, she truly is a magical creature, I stan her for life 💛🙇🏿‍♀️👑
