One of my biggest months for income! 👌 To be fair, it was the magical month of just sneaking in 3 fortnightly pays, but with a huuuuuge $6k+ income from my mobile PT business 👌 While there was a big income, there were also very large expenses - mostly just from the PT stuff though, the rest was pretty normal 👍 Not that I ended up actually saving that much money as all the PT business money stays in its own account for now. But super happy with that previous month! #budget #money #income #savingsrate #savings #sidehustle #smallbusiness https://www.instagram.com/p/CbyCdsihz_g/?utm_medium=tumblr
Insane savings rate for September 2021 👌👌 To be fair, it was a lucky month if just getting paid 3 times rather than 2 - but my spending was also under my budget of $2,500 - so that really helped 👍 Again, very minimal expenses on most things due to lockdowns 😜 #savingsrate #fire #budget #spend #save #expenses #financialindependence #record https://www.instagram.com/p/CUcRgnMvT6t/?utm_medium=tumblr
August was a pretty decent month for a savings rate. Lockdowns = spending less money 👌 How did you go? #savingsrate #budget #money #save #expenses #fire #personalfinance https://www.instagram.com/p/CTRiLu5vj5d/?utm_medium=tumblr
March was an awesome month for finances. Managed to just spend under my monthly budget. Ah, didn't manage to reach my goal of 50% this month, a lot of large expenses. Need to work hard this month to finish strong. Although doing some calculations, even if I saved 100% in November and December, I still wouldn't reach my goal of 50% in 2020. Oh well, something to work on harder next year. Will hopefully break the 40% mark though 🤞🤞🤞 Check out my blog post for a more detailed rundown of my finances - on my website :) #savings #savingsrate #grow #budget #expenses #fire #financialindependence #firejourney #journey #save #money #wealth #goals (at Canberra, Australian Capital Territory) https://www.instagram.com/p/CIeaD5WBjBq/?igshid=14gtqqd9pjhcl
Cracked the 50% savings rate in July with 52%! Happy with my savings progress this year, I definitely think I will be able to reach the yearly goal of 50% or more. Things always pop up every month. In July, a big expense was the dentist ($420). High but necessary. Most other expenses were just a lot of smaller items.
