Just met up with Angela Jia Kim co founder of Savor the Success, owner of OM Aroma & Co. and Savor Spa.
I first saw Angela at The General Assembly Creators Unconference in May. I was so intrigued by her story of touring pianist turned entrepreneur, probably because it has some real similarities to my own story. I knew I wanted to connect with her, and cajoled an introduction from a mutual acquaintance. We met at her fabulous Savor Spa in the West Village. After a quick hug and a hey girl I knew we were gonna hit it off. We left the spa and went next door to a cute little wine cafe.
After ordering our cheese plate and wine, we got down to business.We talked about Tea and Wisdom and where I want it to go and more importantly how to get there.I found Angela's insight to be targeted which helped me to focus on what needs to happen to grow Tea and Wisdom (both the product line and the Seminars). Angela shared with me some of her early mistakes that she thought I might learn from. She listen to my ideas and asked thought provoking questions.
