Can anyone who has MCAS tell me if anxiety is a symptom of mast cell destabilisation? I just got a couch that the previous owner DOUSED in the most vile perfume I've ever smelled and it set off my MCAS-thma last night, and today I've been having this weird churning anxiety that's just been like this low, insidious hum in my body.
